Madison Parker is the Policy Operations Lead at Paradigm. Before joining Paradigm, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff at Blockchain Association. In this role, Madison played a key part in overseeing the association’s operations and advancing its mission. Her experience also includes time on Capitol Hill and at a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on empowering young women through coding education. Madison holds a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Business Administration from American University.
