Pam Tholen is Head of Investor Relations at Paradigm, leading the firm’s business development and LP engagement efforts. Previously, she spent 12 years at KKR across product strategy, investor relations, and fundraising, most recently as Head of New Business Development. Pam also spent five years with Bridgewater Associates, leading strategic institutional relationships and building out the firm's efforts in the global wealth channel. Pam began her career in M&A investment banking at Lehman Brothers. She holds an AB in Politics and a Certificate in French from Princeton University and is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
