Alana Palmedo is Managing Partner at Paradigm. She joined Paradigm at its founding and helped build the firm from the ground up, first as COO and now as Managing Partner. Today, she co-leads Paradigm alongside Matt across investing, research, and operations, and partners with founders across all stages. She serves on the CFTC Innovation Advisory Committee and on the boards of N3XT and Crown. Before Paradigm, Alana spent over a decade in asset management at Bill Gates’ Investment Office (Cascade), Russell Investments, and Boston University’s Investment Office. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a B.S. in Finance from Pacific Lutheran University.
